many components required to create a vehicle in a karoseri. With various processes
involved, Karoseri Laksana requires storage facilities to ensure a smooth
production process. A warehouse serves as a storage place for goods, including raw
materials used in the production process. The warehouse also functions as a place
to store and secure these goods. To ensure the warehouse functions effectively, the
employees within the warehouse need to work efficiently. Human resource planning
significantly influences the effectiveness of employee work in the Warehouse
department. This study focuses on human resource planning using simple linear
regression."
The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees
of PT Laksana Bus Manufacturing in the warehouse department. The data was
processed using SPSS version 26, with validity testing, reliability testing, and
Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality testing conducted beforehand. The final test was
performed on a simple linear regression, resulting in a significance value of 0.01.
It can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence of human resource
planning on employee work effectiveness.
