PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BONGKAR MUAT DI UPT TERMINAL STASIUN SEMARANG TAWANG (SMT): STUDI KASUS PROSES BONGKAR MUAT KAI LOGISTIK

In carrying out loading and unloading activities, the loading and unloading
workforce at UPT Terminal Semaratng Tawang (SMT) divides the number of work
shifts into two sessions, each of which is 12 working hours. Meanwhile, the volume
of activities at UPT Terminal SMT is quite busy but does not occur every day. This
is the focus of researchers to be used as research material by looking for the
influence between workload on TKBM performance, in which case the researcher's
hypothesis is that variable x negatively affects variable y. The purpose of this study
is to find the influence between workload and TKBM performance. The purpose of
this study is to find the influence between workload on the performance of TKBM
and provide solutions for the division of work sessions in accordance with existing
regulations. This research uses a cross sectional approach method (questionnaire)
by testing questionnaire data with a valid test, which must be above the value of 0.3
and the reliability test must be above 0.6, then after being tested earlier, the data
obtained is tested for the number of X and Y values using the Kolmogorv Smirnov
normality test with a value above 0.5. Then after fulfilling the test rules, the data
obtained is tested in simple regression for the effect must be less than 0.05 and no
effect is above 0.05.
From the research carried out, the answer is that it does not show influence because
it gets a value of 0.42 so that this research between variables x and y does not have
a significant effect. As for the duration of work can be divided into three namely at;
07.00-15.00, 15.00-23.00, 23.00 - 07.00, besides that there should be additional
TKBM to prevent the occurrence of lagging goods in certain conditions.
