Abstract

The cargo terminal is one of the main service facilities at the airport to
process the delivery and receipt of air cargo, smooth the cargo process, and meet
the requirements of aviation security and safety. Therefore, it takes good and
professional handling to minimize the risk of accidents. This study aims to analyze
the safety risks of workers during the domestic cargo in-and-out work process at
the Cargo Terminal of PT. Angkasa Pura Logistics. The research method used in
this research is HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk
Control). This method begins with increasing the risk of hazards and risks at the
cargo terminal, followed by risk assessment and control. The initial stage of this
thesis is to conduct direct observations and interviews with workers in the company.
After observation and interviews, it is followed by identifying hazards, assessing
risks, and dealing with risks that have a high value. The results showed that there
was a low risk level of 65% with a total of 28 sources of danger, a moderate risk
level of 30% with a total of 13 sources of danger, and a high risk level of 5% with
a total of 2 sources of danger.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis risiko keselamatan para pekerja selama proses kerja kargo outgoing dan incoming domestik di Terminal Kargo PT. Angkasa Pura Logistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk assessment and risk Control). Metode ini diawali dengan identifikasi bahaya dan risiko di terminal kargo, dilanjutkan dengan penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko. Tahapan awal dari tugas akhir ini adalah melakukan observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan pekerja di perusahaan. Setelah observasi dan wawancara, dilanjutkan dengan mengidentifikasi bahaya, menilai risiko, dan mengendalikan risiko yang memiliki nilai tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tingkat low risk sebesar 65% dengan total 28 sumber bahaya, tingkat moderate risk 30% dengan total 13 sumber bahaya, tingkat high risk sebesar 5% dengan total 2 sumber bahaya.
