EVALUASI SISTEM MONITORING DALAM PENGAWASAN KEGIATAN BONGKAR MUAT DI PELABUHAN TANJUNG EMAS

SIMON TKBM is an online-based service through a web application for the
implementation of TKBM provision services by TKBM cooperatives. The SIMON
TKBM application is used to monitor TKBM attendance and productivity and is
integrated with the inaportnet system. The application of SIMON TKBM, especially at
Tanjung Emas Port, has not been fully running smoothly and optimally. This is because
SIMON TKBM is a new system and must receive a lot of evaluations and suggestions
so that it can be more optimal in its application. This study aims to optimize SIMON
TKBM at Tanjung Emas Port, Semarang, by providing the best evaluation and strategy.
The methodology used in this research is descriptive-quantitative. Data collection is
done through interviews and questionnaires, which will be implemented using a SWOT
analysis. In carrying out a SWOT analysis, it aims to determine the strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that are inherent in the application of SIMON
TKBM. The results in this study obtained an x-axis with an average of 1.71 and an y
axis with an average of 1.82. From these results, a curve can be drawn and a meeting
point can be found in Quadrant I (Growth), which means supporting the application of
SIMON TKBM in order to maximize the strengths and opportunities it has to continue
to develop and advance to optimize the application of SIMON TKBM. The results of
this research will be in the form of the best strategy that can be used in implementing
SIMON TKBM so that, in the future, SIMON TKBM will be more optimal in its
application.
