Abstract
Workforce is an important individual that a company or organization has. The existence of a workforce in a company is very important, especially for jobs that require high productivity in carrying out the process. UPPKB Watudodol has experienced an increase in the number of freight transportation that weighs from year to year, so the workforce and working hours must support activities in the place. The purpose of this study is to find out how much effort and manpower is needed by UPPKB Watudodol. This study uses the full time equivalent calculation method. The results of the analysis show that the operational activities at UPPKB Watudodol are 14 hours with a 4-hour break. The calculation shows the addition of a new workforce with a total of 5 people, namely the traffic control section of 2 people, the motor vehicle testing officer section of 1 person in squad B, and the PPNS officer 2 people. The workload traffic control section with an FTE value of 2.09 overlod. The weighing officer section with a workload of FTE value of 0.78 underload, the motor vehicle tester section with a workload with an FTE value of 3.92 overload, the administrative officer section with a workload with an FTE value of 0.78 underload, and the PPNS officer section with a workload with an FTE value of 1.51 overload. It was concluded that there were a number of workers who had overloaded workloads and some who had underloaded workloads.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | Tenaga kerja adalah individu penting yang dimiliki perusahaan atau organisasi. Adanya tenaga kerja di sebuah perusahaan sangatlah penting, terutama bagi pekerjaan yg membutuhkan produktivitas yang tinggi dalam melakukan prosesnya. UPPKB Watudodol mengalami peningkatan jumlah angkutan barang yang melakukan penimbangan dari tahun ke tahun sehingga tenaga kerja dan jam kerja harus mendukung kegiatan di tempat tersebut. Tindakan yang ingin dicapai melalui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur besarnya usaha dan tenaga yang diperlukan oleh UPPKB Watudodol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan pekerjaan penuh waktu (full time equivalent). Hasil analisis menujukkan bahwa kegiatan operasional yang ada di UPPKB Watudodol yaitu 14 jam dengan istirahat 4 jam. Perhitungan menunjukkan penambahan tenaga kerja baru dengan total 5 orang yaitu bagian pengatur lalu lintas 2 orang, bagian petugas penguji kendaraan bermotor 1 orang pada regu B, dan petugas PPNS 2 orang. Bagian pengatur lalu lintas beban kerja dengan nilai fte 2,09 overload. bagian petugas penimbangan dengan beban kerja nilai fte 0,78 underload, bagian penguji kendaraan bermotor dengan beban kerja nilai fte 3,92 overload, bagian petugas administrasi dengan beban kerja nilai fte 0,78 underload, dan pada bagian petugas PPNS dengan beban kerja dengan nilai fte 1,51 overload. Disimpulkan ada 3 Unit kerja yang menghadapi beban kerja berlebihan, sementara 2 unit kerja lainnya mengalami beban kerja yang kurang.
