OPTIMALISASI PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DI PENGUJIAN KENDARAAN BERMOTOR SEKSI PENGELOLA SARANA TRANSPORTASI DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA SEMARANG

The activity of vehicle inspection the risk of work-related accidents. Optimal
implementation of Occupational Health and Safety is one of the forms of protection
for the testers. This research aims to investigate the implementation of
Occupational Health and Safety in Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Seksi
Pengelola Sarana Transportasi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Semarang as a means of
protecting the testers.
The method used in this research is descriptive with qualitative data. This
qualitative data will be processed using the Job Safety Analysis method. The data
will later be presented in a table that includes levels of likelihood and consequence,
which will serve as the basis for determining the hazard risk status. The results of
this study indicate that based on the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) assessment, the
potential hazard risks in the Motor Vehicle Inspection in Semarang City are
considered dangerous for testers. The risk assessment percentages are as follows:
medium risk level with a total of 25 cases, accounting for 55% of the cases; high
risk level with a total of 16 cases, accounting for 36%; and extremely high-risk level
with a total of 4 cases, accounting for 9%. Based on these hazard risk results, the
author recommends optimizing the implementation of safety and occupational
health through the development of standard operating procedures for the use of
personal protective equipment, designing colour demarcation layouts on the test
facility floor, and suggesting supervision and guidance for occupational health and
safety in motor vehicle testing.
