PERANCANGAN SISTEM PERSEDIAAN ALAT TULIS KANTOR BERBASIS VISUAL BASIC FOR APPLICATION EXCEL PADA BPTD KELAS III D.I. YOGYAKARTA

The management of office supplies (ATK) at BPTD Kelas III D.I. Yogyakarta still relies on a manual system by using a register or log book, along with Microsoft Excel Software for recording data and is not yet computerized. This condition has the potential to impact the recording process of incoming and outgoing good data, the calculation of data for available goods stock reports and work efficiency if data is found to be inconsistent with the available stock. This research aims to design an office supplies inventory by using VBA Excel as a basic program, so that office logistics activities can be carried out effectively, informatively, efficiently and accurately measured in its implementation. The research was conducted by observing the management and procedural system currently implemented at the location and interviewing the goods management officers to understand the constraints and expected problem-solving solutions. System design uses the waterfall method approach. The results of this research are a system with main features including: goods data form, incoming goods form and outgoing goods form, equipped with login features and information features to assist supplies management. The application runs well according to the requirement analysis and the design.
