OPTIMALISASI PENGELOLAAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU TEH PADA BREW ME TEA (PT CAHAYA ANUGERAH PERTIWI) MELALUI ANALISIS EOQ DAN POQ

PT Cahaya Anugerah Pertiwi, a rapidly growing artisan tea company in Indonesia, markets its products under the brand Brew Me Tea. The company relies heavily on black and green tea as its primary raw materials. The aim of this final project is to compare raw material management strategies using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Periodic Order Quantity (POQ), and the current conditions. The results indicate that the EOQ method has an optimal order quantity for black tea at 413.2 kg and green tea at 391.2 kg, with the ordering frequency being 8 times a year. Meanwhile, the POQ method shows an optimal order frequency of 12 times a year or once a month for both black tea and green tea, with order quantities of 275 kg for black tea and 260 kg for green tea. The safety stock levels are approximately 63.78 kg for black tea and 66.18 kg for green tea. The reorder points are 138 kg for black tea and 136 kg for green tea. The TIC that incurs the least cost is the EOQ method, with a cost-saving percentage of 18.52% for black tea and 17.41% for green tea compared to the current conditions.
