Abstract

Transportation is a means of moving goods and passengers from one place to another. Land use is one of the determining factors in a movement and trip generation. The condition of public transportation infrastructure in the city of Semarang is still not up to standard, then the location of the bus stop is not yet effective in terms of the number of passengers and distance based on land use. This study aims to identify, evaluate, and provide suggestions for both design and ideal bus stop points in Corridor 4 of Tawang Station-Cangkiran Bus Station based on technical guidelines.
The research methodology was carried out from the stage of problem identification that occurred in the study area, followed by the collection of both primary data in the form of inventory surveys of bus stops and dynamic (on bus), secondary data in the form of route networks. After that, an analysis is carried out based on the characteristics of demand, the need for bus stops based on distance, the determination of bus stops at the point of demand and an analysis of the dimensions of the proposed bus stops. The results of the analysis show the need for bus stops on the Trans Semarang Corridor 4 route with the calculation of demand and land use, it is necessary to evaluate the 6 bus stops which are not effective in terms of the number of passengers and seen from the distance between the bus stops which are not suitable, so they are moved to a point of greater demand on the Trans Semarang Corridor 4 route. With a minimum proposed dimensions of 4 x 2 m according to technical guidelines.

Tata guna lahan adalah satu diantara faktor penentu pada suatu pergerakan dan bangkitan perjananan (trip generation). Kondisi prasarana angkutan umum yang ada di Kota Semarang masih belum sesuai dengan standar, kemudian titik lokasi halte yang belum efektif dari segi jumlah penumpang dan jarak berdasarkan tata guna lahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan memberikan usulan baik desain dan titik halte yang ideal pada Koridor 4 Stasiun Tawang-Terminal Cangkiran berdasarkan pedoman petunjuk teknis. Metodelogi penelitian dilakukan dari tahapan identifikasi masalah yang terjadi pada wilayah studi, dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data baik primer berupa survei inventarisasi halte dan dinamis (on bus), data sekunder berupa jaringan trayek. Setelah itu dilakukan analisa berdasarkan karakteristik demand, kebutuhan titik halte berdasarkan jarak, penentuan titik halte pada titik demand dan analisa dimensi halte usulan. Hasil analisis menunjukan kebutuhan halte pada trayek Koridor 4 Trans Semarang dengan perhitungan permintaan dan tata guna lahan, diperlukan adanya evaluasi terhadap 6 halte yang tidak efektif dari segi jumlah penumpang dan dilihat dari jarak antar halte yang belum sesuai, sehingga dipindahkan ke titik demand yang lebih besar pada trayek Koridor 4 Trans Semarang. Dengan ukuran dimensi usulan minimal 4 x 2 m sesuai pedoman teknis. Kata kunci : Transportasi, Tata Guna Lahan, Trayek, Halte, Trans Semarang
