Abstract
Accessibility is a facility for people to reach certain locations. Thus, Public transportation should have a good accessibility in order to supply the society's high mobility. Environmental factors and area conditions would affect the ease of accessing public transportation. Semarang trans is one of public transportations that serve Semarang Citizens with high mobility. As there is citizens' high mobility, therefore the Semarang trans should have an adequate scope for the citizen. This research aims to know the affordability of Semarang trans services and potential area in Semarang City in sub-feeder new route development Planning. This research aims to know the affordability of Semarang trans services and potential area in Semarang City in sub-feeder new route development Planning.
This research used quantitative method by comparing 3 kind of analyses, those are public transportation accessibility calculation analysis, buffer analysis and route area planning potential analysis. The results of analysis showed that Semarang Trans has an excellent service scope in the center of city. On the other hand, Semarang Trans is difficult to be accessed in countryside. Six of seventy-one Zones has high potential for route development since the accessibility have not be able to reach the nearest stop. Within 400 meters service scopes it could provide 48 zones. Therefore, the route development is needed for the unreachable area so the Semarang trans services are equal especially sub-feeder service planning which would cover the accessibility of the inaccessible area neither by BRT nor Medium feeder buses.

| Uncontrolled Keywords: | Aksesibilitas merupakan ukuran kemudahan untuk seseorang dapat mencapai lokasi tertentu. Angkutan umum merupakan sarana yang harus memiliki aksesibilitas yang sangat baik dalam melayani mobilitas masyarakat yang tinggi. Faktor lingkungan dan kondisi wilayah merupakan salah satu pengaruh dalam kemudahan mengakses layanan umum yang ada. Trans Semarang merupakan angkutan umum yang melayani masyarakat Kota Semarang dengan mobilitasnya yang tinggi. Dengan adanya mobilitas yang tinggi maka perlu Trans Semarang memiliki jangkauan yang memadai bagi masyarakat nantinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterjangkauan layanan Trans Semarang serta potensi wilayah di Kota Semarang dalam perencanaan pembuatan rute trayek baru sub-feeder Trans Semarang. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan melakukan pembandingan 3 analisis yaitu perhitungan analisis aksesibilitas angkutan umum, analisis buffer dan analisis potensi wilayah perencanaan rute. Dari hasil analisis di dapatkan bahwa Trans Semarang memiliki jangkauan pelayanan yang sangat baik di pusat kota, tetapi di pinggiran kota layanan dari Trans Semarang belum mampu di akses oleh zona yang ada di wilayah tersebut. Dari 71 zona yang ada terdapat 6 zona yang memiliki potensi tinggi pembuatan rute karena aksesibilitas yang ada belum mampu menjangkau titik halte terdekat. Jangkauan pelayanan dengan jarak 400 meter sudah mampu melayani 48 zona wilayah yang ada. Dengan adanya hal tersebut menunjukkan perlu adanya pembuatan rute trayek ke wilayah yang belum terlayani agar pelayanan dari Trans Semarang mampu merata terutama perencanaan pelayanan sub-feeder yang mampu mengakses wilayah dengan kondisi jalan yang tidak bisa di akses oleh Bus BRT maupun Bus Medium Feeder nantinya.
