Abstract

The development of transportation technology in Indonesia in the use of
electric vehicles has experienced significant progress. Electric vehicles have now
been implemented as the main choice for private cars and public transportation,
reflecting the rapid adoption of environmentally friendly technology. However,
there are challenges in the motor vehicle testing process for electric motor vehicles.
This includes strict requirements related to technical tests and road safety,
including performance testing of electric accumulators, electronic speed control
devices and electrical energy recharging devices. Despite this, there are still areas
that still face difficulties in implementing electric vehicle testing. due to the
unavailability of facilities (tools and PPE) to test electric vehicles, Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) and tester competency. For example, the place where
the researcher carried out the internship was at the Bogor City Transportation
Department. Judging from the lack of understanding, readiness of the Motor
Vehicle Testing Section, as well as the limited information related to testing electric
vehicles, therefore we need an information system in the form of a website that
discusses electric vehicle testing and can be easily accessed. The design of this
website was carried out using the waterfall method to create and design step by
step website creation procedures for technical testing of electric vehicles and the
SUS method to assess the benefits of the website created. Based on the results
obtained, the website created provides benefits for testers at UPUBKB Bogor City,
as a means of information to find out about technical testing of electric vehicles,
starting from test equipment, PPE, components, and the flow of testing electric
vehicles.

Namun, terdapat tantangan dalam proses pengujian kendaraan bermotor pada kendaraan bermotor listrik. Hal ini meliputi persyaratan ketat terkait uji teknis dan keamanan jalan, termasuk pengujian kinerja akumulator listrik, perangkat elektronik pengendali kecepatan, serta alat pengisian ulang energi listrik. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat daerah yang masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam menerapkan pengujian kendaraan listrik. dikarenakan belum tersedianya sarana (alat dan APD) untuk menguji kendaraan listrik, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) dan kompetensi penguji. Seperti ditempat peneliti melaksanakan magang yaitu di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bogor. Dilihat dari kurangnya pemahaman, kesiapan Unit Pelaksana Uji Berkala Kendaraan Bermotor, serta terbatasnya informasi terkait pengujian kendaraan listrik, oleh karena itu di perlukan suatu sistem informasi berupa website yang membahas terkait dengan pengujian kendaraan listrik dan dapat dengan mudah untuk di akses. Perancangan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall untuk membuat dan merancang tahap demi tahap pembuatan website prosedur pengujian teknis kendaraan listrik dan metode SUS untuk penilaian manfaat dari website yang dibuat. Bedasarkan hasil didapatkan website yang dibuat memberi manfaat bagi penguji di UPUBKB Kota Bogor, sebagai sarana informasi untuk mengetahui tentang pengujian teknis kendaraan listrik, mulai dari alat uji, APD, komponen, dan alur menguji kendaraan listrik.
