Abstract
PT. Sumber Yalasamudra is a company operating in the fishing industry sector, focusing on sardine canning. The increasing demand for sardines has led to rising fuel costs, lubricant expenses, and decreased operational efficiency. This study utilizes route determination analysis, BOK (Basic Operating Cost), NWC (Net Working Capital), and the Stepping Stone method to analyze operational efficiency. The results of this study show that the most optimal route is through the toll road, with a BOK calculation of Rp 103,513, and a recommended speed of around 50 km/h to 70 km/h. The BOK calculation using the NWC method amounts to Rp 14,190,000, making it the most optimal method.
