JURNAL PENYUSUNAN STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) PENGGUNAAN ALAT PELINDUNG DIRI (APD) BERDASARKAN RISIKO KERJA PADA UNIT PENGELOLA PENGUJIAN KENDARAAN BERMOTOR JAGAKARSA

The Jagakarsa Motor Vehicle Testing Management Unit is a work unit that cannot be separated from the obligation to implement and fulfill aspects of occupational safety and health. Currently, there is no standard operating procedure (SOP) for the use of personal protective equipment that covers aspects of occupational safety and health for motor vehicle testers, so it is found that motor vehicle testers do not use personal protective equipment completely while on duty. This has an impact on the risk of hazards in the work process. The purpose of this study is to find out the risks from the results of the identification of hazards that exist at each motor vehicle testing post as well as to make risk control efforts in the form of preparing SOPs for the use of personal protective equipment for motor vehicle testers.

Data collection was carried out by means of observation, documentation and interviews with selected samples. The data analysi s techniques used are qualitative analysis and Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). The results of the study show that there are different hazards and risks at each test post that are sourced from the vehicle and the work environment. Based on the risks found at each stage in the periodic test process, SOPs for the use of personal protective equipment are prepared as an effort to control risks.
