Abstract
This research discusses the importance of implementing K3 in the PKB Section of the Boyolali Regency Transportation Agency. K3 equipment in the PKB Section of the Boyolali Regency Transportation Agency is still very minimal and there is a need for procurement so that the implementation of K3 in work implementation in the Boyolali Regency Transportation Agency PKB Section can minimize risks. The aim of this research is to determine existing risks according to their levels and to control these risks using the HAZOP method in the PKB Section of the Boyolali Regency Transportation Agency and to develop SOPs for the use of PPE into SOPs for controlling the risk of work accidents so that the SOPs are more complex and as a development of previous research using different methods. The method in this research is using the HAZOP data analysis method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and literature study. The results of the analysis using the HAZOP method showed 5 sources of danger, namely work attitude, motorized vehicles, work place, slippery floors, and work environment. Existing hazard findings can be categorized as extreme, high, medium and low risk. Based on the assessment results, there is a 72% high risk with 58 hazard findings and 26% extreme risk with 21 hazard findings, and 2% moderate risk with 2 hazard findings. Based on the results of the risk assessment, risk control recommendations are then made to design SOPs.

Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode analisis data HAZOP dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil dari analisis dengan metode HAZOP didapatkan 5 sumber bahaya yaitu sikap kerja, kendaraan bermotor, tempat kerja, lantai licin, dan lingkungan kerja. Temuan bahaya yang ada dapat di kategorikan sebagai risiko ekstrim, tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian terdapat 72% risiko tinggi sebanyak 58 temuan bahaya dan 26% risiko ekstrim sebanyak 21 temuan bahaya, dan 2% risiko sedang sebanyak 2 temuan bahaya.
