Abstract

This study discusses the importance of implementing Occupational Safety and Health. Based on the results of distributing questionnaires to 9 people as samples, it was found that knowledge about K3 is still lacking, to prevent the risk of work accidents, it is necessary to compile Standard Operating Procedures for Occupational Safety and Health. The purpose of the study is to determine the risks that can be caused by hazards in the implementation of periodic tests and to make efforts to control work risks in the implementation of periodic tests. The method in this study is to use the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method with data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and questionnaires. This study identifies various types of work accident risks arising from the implementation of periodic motor vehicle test services and to control the identified risks, risk control will be carried out. The risks arising from the implementation of periodic motor vehicle tests are interrelated between the work environment, human resources, and equipment conditions. From these three things, the risk of work accidents arises such as physical accidents and exposure to chemicals. In the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for Occupational Safety and Health to reduce the risk of work accidents, risk control must be interrelated between environmental factors, human resources, and equipment. Risk control is designed to provide guidance to officers so that in carrying out work they can prioritize work safety and health.

Tujuan penelitian mengetahui risiko yang dapat ditimbulkan dari bahaya dalam pelaksanaan uji berkala serta melakukan upaya pengendalian risiko kerja dalam pelaksanaan uji berkala. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasikan berbagai macam risiko kecelakaan kerja yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanaan pelayanan uji berkala kendaraan bermotor serta untuk mengendalikan risiko yang teridentifikasi, maka akan dilakukannya pengendalian risiko. Risiko yang ditimbulkan dari pelaksanan uji berkala kendaraan bermotor tersebut saling berkaitan antara lingkungan kerja, sumber daya manusia, dan kondisi alat. Dari ketiga hal tersebut munculah risiko kecelakaan kerja seperti kecelakaan fisik dan paparan bahan kimia. Dalam penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja untuk mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja pengendalian risiko harus saling berkaitan antara faktor lingkungan, sumber daya manusia, dan alat. Pengendalian risiko dirancang untuk memberikan panduan kepada petugas agar dalam pelaksanaan kerja dapat mengutamakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Kata Kunci: Pengendalian Risiko, Analisis Risiko, Penilaian Risiko, Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor.
