Abstract

The process of implementing the testing of motor vehicles at the Bogor City Transportation Office has not been carried out in a drive-thru manner. In addition, there are problems in the implementation of motor vehicle testing, such as vehicle stacking, difficulty maneuvering large vehicles in the testing area and also the layout of adjacent test equipment. This study aims to find out the existing condition of the Bogor City UPUBKB, master plan, and detailed engineering design. In addition, to find out how to plan the design of the new test flow and the layout of the test equipment by implementing the drive thru system in the Motor Vehicle Periodic Test Implementation Unit (UPUBKB) of the Bogor City Transportation Office. The methods used in this study are direct observation, interviews, and analysis of the data obtained. The results of this study are in the form of a test flow design by implementing a drive-thru system with the addition of a registration counter and also a test result collection counter using sketchup 2024 software.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi langsung, wawancara, dan analisa data yang akan dituangkan dalam pembuatan desain alur pengujian baru dan tata letak alat uji, dengan menggunakan software sketchup 2024. Hasil penelitian ini berupa desain alur pengujian dengan menerapkan sistem drive thru dengan penambahan loket pendaftaraan dan juga loket pengambilan hasil uji sebagai rekomendasi bagi Dinas Perhubungan Kota Bogor.
