Abstract

Implementation of maintenance of Cilincing Motor Vehicle Periodic Testing Unit equipment in the observation results there are obstacles in archiving the results of equipment maintenance, the test equipment is not running well in the filing of Logbooks in the form of paper and damaged due to inadequate storage. One innovation as a solution to the problem of archiving Logbooks is to create an application for digitizing the recording of the history of the implementation of maintenance and maintenance based on an information system. Utilization of an integrated information system makes it easy and very effective to use.
By utilizing the Database and Website as an integrated Extension, an application can be created with the function of digitizing physical log books. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method as a data collection method and testing is carried out through black box testing and System Usability Scale to ensure the application works. The results of the study show that this application is effective in recording and archiving maintenance and damage reports for motor vehicle test equipment. The implementation of this application is expected to ensure that the test equipment is always ready to use and in good condition

Pemanfaatan sistem informasi yang terpadu memudahkan dan sangat efektif untuk digunakan. Dengan memanfaatkan Database dan Website sebagai Extention yang diintegrasikan maka dapat dibuat sebuah aplikasi dengan fungsi digitalisasi log book fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reasearch and Development (R&D) sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan dilaksanakan pengujian melalui uji black box dan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk memastikan aplikasi bekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam pencatatan serta pengarsipan perawatan dan laporan kerusakan alat uji kendaraan bermotor. Implementasi aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memastikan alat uji selalu dalam kondisi siap pakai dan dalam kondisi baik.
