Abstract
The Ujung Menteng Motor Vehicle Testing Management Unit (UPPKB) uses the eKIR Jakarta-Booking application to register for motor vehicle testing bookings. This application needs to be evaluated in order to be able to be improved and repaired. Therefore, an evaluation is carried out to provide a study so that a solution can be determined.
The evaluation was carried out using the Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service (PIECES) method to obtain an assessment of the eKIR Jakarta-Booking application. The results of the PIECES evaluation found aspects that were lacking in the reminder feature for booking testing, restrictions on the selection of test times and accessibility. This is used as the basis for making improvements to the application.
The creation of the e-Jak website is a solution that provides reminder features via SMS gateway, restrictions on booking schedules based on the validity period of test results and accessibility for all types of electronic devices. This website has been tested and obtained a SUS Score of 88.5 so that it is feasible and recommended to be implemented directly in the implementation of periodic motor vehicle testing bookings at the Ujung Menteng UPPKB.

Pembuatan website e-Jak menjadi solusi yang memberikan fitur pengingat melalui SMS gateway, pembatasan jadwal booking berdasarkan masa berlaku hasil uji dan aksesbilitas untuk semua jenis perangkat elektronik. Website ini telah diuji coba dan didapat nilai SUS Score sebesar 88.5 sehingga layak dan direkomendasikan untuk diimplementasikan secara langsung dalam pelaksanaan booking pengujian berkala kendaraan bermotor di UPPKB Ujung Menteng.
