Abstract
During the satisfaction survey for motor vehicle testing services at the Surakarta City Transportation Department, a disparity between the ideal and field conditions is evident. Despite the requirement in Regulation PERMENPAN RB No. 14 of 2017 for nine obligatory questions, only three were posed—pertaining to speed, staff friendliness, and service satisfaction.
Furthermore, the satisfaction index results remain undisclosed through the Surakarta City Transportation Department's e-questionnaire, conflicting with transparency principles. Therefore, this study aims to rectify this by developing a community satisfaction survey website. The approach involves node.js, typescript, and the vue.js framework as an interface tool, with Firebase as the chosen database and hosting solution.
Questionnaire method usability testing, motor vehicle testing service users and secretariat and motor vehicle testing division personnel participate by responding to a questionnaire designed to measure the website's adequacy. The Likert scale yields an 89.1% suitability level, falling under the highly suitable category.

Metode kuesioner pengujian usabilitas, pengguna layanan pengujian kendaraan bermotor serta pegawai dari bidang sekretariat dan pengujian kendaraan berpartisipasi dengan memberikan tanggapan pada kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur kelayakan website.
