Abstract

The Vehicle Testing activities at UPPKB Pulo Gadung include periodic inspection services that need to be assessed regarding the capacity of vehicles that can be tested in a single day. The testing conducted at UPPKB Pulo Gadung follows a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with a testing time of 30 minutes and a lane quota of 110 vehicles. To optimize vehicle inspections, the capacity must match the field conditions. When the number of vehicles exceeds the testing capacity at UPPKB Pulo Gadung, inspections may be rushed or certain inspection items may be skipped to shorten the testing time.
This study analyzes queue times, identifies locations with the highest queue times, and investigates the causes of long queues. The results of this study provide a basis for decision-making regarding policy by the management of UPPKB Pulo Gadung and offer insights for addressing issues related to vehicle capacity and current service processes.

Dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan kendaraan bermotor agar lebih optimal maka kapasitas kendaraan harus sesuai dengan kondisi dilapangan, ketika kendaraan melebihi kapasitas yang dapat di uji pada UPPKB Pulo Gadung maka pemeriksaan akan terburu-buru atau terdapat item pemeriksaan yang terlewati untuk mempersingkat waktu pengujian. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menganaslisa waktu antrian,tempat yang memiliki waktu antrian paling banyak,dan penyebab terjadinya antrian panjang. Hasil dari penelitian ini sebagai bahan pertimbangan pengambilan keputusan terkait kebijakan oleh pihak pimpinan UPPKB Pulo Gadung dan kajian untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait kapasitas kendaraan dan proses pelayanan yang sedang berjalan.
